These cooling towers will be equipped with a stainless-steel structure base by way of which they can be termed as ‘LIFE LONG COOLING TOWERS’. Minimum capacity would be 300M3/Hr in single cell which is scalable up to flow rates of 1000M3/Hr in single cell design. Battery of cooling towers can be set up to meet the largest flow rate demands of the industry.

It is likely that the newly designed big-sized cooling towers will eliminate certain limitations prevailing in the cooling tower market today. The towers have been introduced with V Splash Bars instead of Pinewood fills or PVC Fills normally used in wooden and FRP Cooling Towers.

In this design the water is made to pass through low pressure nozzles and fall on the schematically arranged grid of the V Splash Bars, causing the water to form droplets which in turn increases the area between air and water thus maintaining the optimized L/G ratios.
