Water Saving in Cooling Tower Operation: Here's How

Cooling Tower works on the principle of evaporation. In this process the cooled water is collected into a sump and pumped back to the system. During this process, different type of losses are experienced within the cooling tower. These losses are termed as Drift Losses, Evaporation losses, Spillage and Blow down, etc.

In order to minimize water loss and maximize water conservation, CASE has incorporated state-of-the-art drift eliminators to reduce the water loss pertaining to drift losses. The panel and structure design prevents loss which can result because of high wind velocities and splash outs. Thus, CASE provides Cooling Towers which best practice management and water conservation.

Now, if there is no proper management of the recirculated water, then there will be huge water loss which is however, wasteful and expensive. CASE believes in technology which allows easy saving water process.
