Basic Components of Cooling Towers Today

Rectangle Shape- FRP Cooling Tower in Saudi Arab
Cooling towers are integral part for industries where robust air conditioning systems are used to cool materials. Today, I'm here to brief out a few components generally used to manufacturer cooling towers of this generation. If you peep ins and out of the cooling tower, you will see certain basic components like:

  • A pump to bring the water to the top of the tower.
  • Spray nozzles to distribute the water over the fill.
  • A fan to move outside air through the tower.
  • The fill to expose the water surface to the air stream.
  • A basin to capture and store the cooled water.
Besides, other components like float valves, filters, strainers, etc has their own role to play. A single cooling tower has the capacity to supply cold water to more than one chillers. There is an independent cell for each chiller to be served by a particular tower. And, each independent cell has its own fan.

However, some novices in the market may fail to keep up to your requirement.i.e, they may offer cooling system with low capacity. Alas! you may end up buying number of cooling towers for your single warehouse.

Therefore. before you get set to make deal with your sellers, make a thorough study or consult your query with experts!
