Power Saving Ideas in Cooling Towers

Cooling Tower is generally known for its high energy consumption. But, engineers today, have come a long way. They manufacture cooling equipment which assure power saving opportunity. However, it is possible only when the operator/owner of cooling tower agrees with the following points:
